We chose the name of our activity to liken our unique clothing creations to an auberge, where you can enjoy food, time, and space.
As traditional craftsmanship is steadily disappearing, we wanted to work with current artisans to examine and verify the manufacturing methods of the time when these ideas were at their most brilliant, and share their value with our customers, just like a classic dish that requires no effort.
