Material: This is the first experimental material in Japan, made from wild Hokkaido deer that live in Japan, tanned, dyed, and waterproofed in Japan. Because it is wild, there may be some scratches from fighting.
Design: We obtained vintage Dutch clogs from the 1950s. We brought them to shoemaker Arai, who created an original wooden last as a three-dimensional model and then completed the shoes. These shoes cannot be produced on a factory line like leather shoes, and can only be produced by a team of hand-made craftsmen using special techniques. Despite being vintage work shoes, they have a very fashionable feel.
*There is a possibility of color transfer if it gets wet.
